Another round of great reviews for "Carnival Arcane"

Check out this set of great reviews straight from the Lancaster-Rigby press department.

Outburn Magazine (Issue #61) - "...evocative, somber, and moving in tone, setting up a wide sweeping level of atmosphere that sounds so massive that the band's in-demand status totally makes sense - 8 out of 10."

Terry Wickham MantaRay Reviews - "...the richest sound design the band has created so far. Another fun-filled adventure...."

Best Horror Movies.com - "Midnight Syndicate is always a great choice for creepy music that is unique and original, and Carnival Arcane not only continues on that vein but takes it a bit further by successfully making the joyful frightening, the familiar uneasy."

Side-Line (Belgium) - "There’s no better band to play when approaching Halloween."

First preview track from upcoming "Carnival Arcane" CD released.

Midnight Syndicate has just released a preview track entitled Freakshow from the upcoming CD, Carnival Arcane which will be released August 2nd. The song can be viewed below or on YouTube.

Edward Douglas had this to say "We had a difficult time picking a Carnival Arcane "preview" track as it's hard to single out any one track as being indicative of the CD. There's a lot of things going on in this one. The song we chose is Freakshow as we think it bridges some familiar elements with a taste of some of what's in store... Inspired by research, this track incorporates some of the more tragic elements of carnie life and the original freak shows as well as the macabre. We hope people enjoy it."
